New Zealand

The New Zealand wine industry is extremely vibrant. While it has ten main grape growing regions, the majority of the crop comes from just three regions: Marlborough; Hawkes Bay; and Gisborne. These regions have great diversity in soils and climate due to the length and geology of the country.  Many can be described as cool to cold, with a long growing season producing fine varietal qualities in their wines.
