Foster's Brewing Group announced today that it has accepted with regret the resignation of Mr Geoffrey Cohen from the Board of Directors.
Mr Cohen has been a member of the Foster's board for 10 years.
Commenting on Mr Cohen's decision to resign, Foster's Chairman, Mr Frank Swan, said the Foster's board understood the reason for his resignation and thanked Mr Cohen for his significant contribution over the past decade.
"Mr Cohen joined the board of Foster's in the early 1990's and has played an important guiding role during a period which saw Foster's emerge as one of the world's leading premium branded beverage companies," Mr Swan said.
"Amongst his many responsibilities as a director of Foster's, Mr Cohen was Chairman of the audit committee and has made an outstanding overall contribution to the company. On behalf of all stakeholders I would like to thank Mr Cohen for his dedication and exemplary service over the past ten years," Mr Swan said.
